Financial planning services
Insufficient financial planning is often the root cause of the debt problems that bring clients in, and the thing that keeps them from making the most of a fresh start. Lever Law built a Personal Financial Planning track into its practice for exactly that reason, starting in the early 2000s (the founder completed the Personal Financial Planning program at the University of California, Irvine in 2003). Every bankruptcy case the firm files is paired with that planning work, so clients leave with a real plan and not just a discharge order.
